Col. John P. Farnam, commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., signs the Sexual Assault Awareness Month proclamation in the station meeting room aboard MCAS Miramar, April 16. This proclamation will serve as a reminder to the leaders of the air station that putting an end to sexual assault is everyone's responsibility, and all must actively do their part.
