Sgt. Steven Sugg, a drill instructor with 3rd Battalion, Mike Co. and Colorado Springs, Colo., native, swims to rescue a fellow classmate during a Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival course aboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Calif., Nov. 1. The students swam out approximately 500 meters to rescue fellow classmates and tow them back to shore.
