Marines with 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing provide security while other Marines care for mock casualties during a combined Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Combat Lifesavers Course aboard Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California, June 16. Each scenario the Marines went through differed in the number, type and location of the casualties’ injuries.
