Cpl. Jose G. Guillen looks back at a fellow Marine while testing the ordnance system aboard an F/A-18 Hornet at Al Asad, Iraq, Oct. 7. Guillen and the dozens of other maintenance Marines with Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 242, Marine Aircraft Group 16 (Reinforced), 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), are responsible for keeping the high-performance jets in tip-top shape and ready to carry out the mission. Guillen is an aircraft ordnance technician and Santa Ana, Calif., native.
