HM2 Jeremy Knutson, a corpsman with 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), explains how to safely attach a tourniquet to gear to Lance Cpl. Felipe Pech, an entry control point sentry with 3rd MAW (FWD), during a Combat Lifesavers Course May 21. The Marines were preparing to go on a simulated patrol where they would each be assigned to treat simulated casualties and demonstrate the skills they learned during the five-day course.
