Lt. Col. James Carroll, the Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16 commanding officer, and Master Gunnery Sgt. Tony Tabron, the squadron senior-enlisted Marine, case the squadron's battle colors during the Transfer of Authority Ceremony aboard Camp Bastion, Afghanistan Feb 20. The squadron transferred authority to MALS-40, who will provide aviation logistics for 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward).
