An MV-22B Osprey with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 365 flies over the Khash Rod district in northern Nimroz province, Afghanistan, May 14. Marines from the squadron transported members of 1st Reconnaissance Battalion and the Afghan National Security Forces’ National Interdiction Unit to conduct counternarcotics operations and disrupt sales in the region. In the past, insurgents have sold narcotics to buy weapons used against coalition forces.
