MAG-39 Mission Statement

The mission of Marine Aircraft Group 39 is to provide combat-ready naval expeditionary forces capable of conducting task organized combat aviation support, aviation ground support, and aviation logistics.

Major Robert L. Johnson
Commanding Officer, Headquarters Squadron 39, Marine Aircraft Group 39

Major Johnson is currently serving as the Commanding Officer, Headquarters Squadron 39, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3d Marine Aircraft Wing aboard Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton.                        Major Johnson completed Officer Candidate School (OCS) and was commissioned on 12 December 2008 after graduating from the Massachusetts

Gunnery Sergeant Louis J. Boff
First Sergeant Headquarters Squadron 39, Marine Aircraft Group 39
