On behalf of the Commanding Officer, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Gunfighter family. My name is Crystal, and I am the HMLA-369 Family Readiness Officer (FRO). My responsibility in the Squadron is to assist you and your family members in all areas of morale and readiness while the Squadron is home or deployed. The term “family” means different things to different people, so whether you are an active duty member, parent, spouse, child, significant other or an extended family member; please know that you are considered a part of our Gunfighter family!
The Family Readiness Team and I will support you by providing official two way communication with the command, information and referral services, readiness and deployment support, family outreach, and volunteer opportunities. Our job is to ensure that Gunfighter Marines, Sailors, and their families are in a constant state of readiness by giving all members the enablers and tools they need to meet the challenges of everyday military life.
