Two crew chiefs with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363, 3rd Marine Aircraft Squadron, look out the back of an MV-22B Osprey during a tail gun shoot exercise over a range training complex aboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., Oct. 31. Crew chiefs with VMM-363 conduct this training every six months to stay mission ready.
