Mission Statement Under 3rd MAW

The mission of Marine Wing Communications Squadron 38 is to plan, install, secure, operate, and maintain a communications architecture in order to enable the command and control of a Fleet Marine Force Air Combat Element.

Major Polston was born in California and raised in Virginia. She enlisted in the Marine Corps in May 2002. Upon graduation from boot camp and Marine Combat Training, she attended Aviation Electrician “A” and “C” school. Sergeant Major John J. Miller
Sergeant Major, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16
