Lieutenant Colonel Fiduccia enlisted in the Marine Corps in June of 1995 and attended recruit training at MCRD San Diego. After follow-on training he was assigned to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron-11 (MALS-11) at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA as a Radar Set Test Station Technician. In March of 1998 he deployed as part of the Unit Deployment program to MALS-12 in Iwakuni, Japan. In 2001 he was accepted to the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program and graduated with honors from the University of Illinois. Following The Basic School he was designated an MOS 6002 Aircraft Maintenance Officer.
In January, 2005 Second Lieutenant Fiduccia reported to MALS-14 at MCAS Cherry Point, NC where he served as the Aviation Life Support Systems and Airframes Division Officer. He also participated in Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course 1-06 where he served as the fixed wing aircraft element Maintenance Material Control Officer (MMCO). In May 2006, First Lieutenant Fiduccia reported to Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron Four (VMAQ-4) where he served as the MMCO, deploying to Iwakuni, Japan, and to Operation Iraqi Freedom in Al Asad, Iraq.
In November of 2008, Captain Fiduccia received orders to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, SC where he served as the Follow Series Commander and Company Executive Officer in 1st Battalion, Company “A” until assuming command of 1st Battalion, Company “D” in April of 2010.
In July of 2011, Captain Fiduccia received orders to MALS-39 where he served as the Assistant Aircraft Maintenance Officer. While serving in this billet, Captain Fiduccia was augmented to MALS-16 (FWD) and deployed to Camp Bastion, Afghanistan where he served as the Assistant Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Quality Assurance Officer.
In July 2014 Major Fiduccia attended resident Marine Corps Command and Staff College in Quantico, VA where he earned a Master’s degree in Military Studies from Marine Corps University.
After completing Command and Staff College he was assigned as the Commanding Officer, Houston Military Entrance Processing Station where he led the station through recovery efforts following Hurricane Harvey. While stationed in Houston, Major Fiduccia earned a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
In July 2018, Major Fiduccia was assigned to serve as Executive Officer, MALS-13 at MCAS Yuma, AZ where he assisted in the ongoing transition from the legacy AV-8B Harrier to the F-35B Lightning II. In July of 2020 Major Fiduccia reported to Marine Forces Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL where he served as the G4 Operations Officer. In November 2020, he was promoted to LtCol.
LtCol Fiduccia’s personal decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (6th Award), and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
