MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR, Calif. -- Major General Angela Salinas, Director, ManPower managment division, addresses Staff NCO's and Officers during a PME held at the Officers Club aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Mar. 18. The PME was given to more than 350 officers and Staff NCO's, in order to educate Marines on the new changes in the Marine Corps and why those changes are happening.
