Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, commanding general of 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, hosted a luncheon with junior Marines to give their opinions on building his committed and engaged leadership initiative aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., May 6. The new initiative empowers noncommissioned officers to help alleviate leadership problems within the air wing.
