A Marine from Marine Wing Support Squadron 373 operates a motorized grader following the groundbreaking ceremony for the first obstacle course aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif. Aug. 22. MWSS-373 received the plans for the course within days of Mark Willoughby Jr., an air command and control electronics operator with Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron 38 and an Artesia, Calif. native asking the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general for a reason this instillation does not have one.
