Lance Cpl. Andrew Wilks, a crew chief with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 361 and Houston native, watches the single-point hook and cargo during an external lift exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Nov. 20. Wilks watched to ensure the cargo remained secured during flight.
