Marine Corps Air Station Miramar opens its new obstacle course during a ribbon-cutting ceremony aboard the installation, Jan. 6. The installation received the course through the actions of noncommissioned officers who brought the issue to light during a uniform inspection by Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) commanding general.
