Sgt. The three-day course is part of Maj. Gen. Steven Busby’s, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general, Committed and Engaged Leadership initiative. It allowed participants to get away from the work environment and into the field where they could focus on learning from each other about leadership.
