Kenneth Taylor, and his wife, Adela Taylor, left, receive their recognition certificates during the 6th annual San Diego Metro Academic Military Recognition Ceremony aboard Naval Base San Diego, Calif., June 13. Commanding officers from the installation spoke at the ceremony to express their pride for those who took the time to better themselves through continued education.
