Sgt. Maj. Patrick Kimble, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing sergeant major, retrieves the wing guidon during a change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., June 17. During the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Steven Busby, outgoing 3rd MAW commanding general, relinquished command to Maj. Gen. Michael Rocco, incoming commanding general, which was symbolized by the passing of the guidon.
