Chuck Hagel, secretary of defense, hands a coin to Lance Cpl. Andrew Pfenning, an administrative specialist with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, during a visit aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Jan. 13. Hagel passed out coins and took photos with Marines and Sailors after speaking to them and holding a question and answer period.
