CORONADO, Calif. - A student in the Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival (MCIWS) course prepares to conduct beach rescues in Coronado, California, June 19. After graduating the MCIWS course, the Marines will be qualified instructors and have American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid.
