Marines with 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing rush to locate and secure injured personnel during a combined Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Combat Lifesavers Course aboard Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California, June 16. In this scenario, enemy combatants shot down a helicopter, and the Marines had to secure an area for medical evacuations after finding the injured crewmembers.
