MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Petty Officer 2nd Class Mark Skaggs, an aeromedical safety corpsman with Marine Aircraft Group 39 and a Pensacola, Fla. native, shows where vital blood pressure points are during an Improvised Sudden Attack First Emergency Response (IMSAFER) course aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 14. Skaggs taught IMSAFER course participants several life-saving techniques to use during a life-threatening scenario.
