MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Members of the base Family Advocacy Program practice applying tourniquets on a training dummy during an Improvised Sudden Attack First Emergency Response (IMSAFER) course aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 14. The IMSAFER training taught several life-saving techniques to use during an emergency situation.
