Maj. Gen. Michael Rocco, the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, gives a speech during a post and relief ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., May 23. During the ceremony, Master Chief Petty Officer Frank Dominguez, outgoing command master chief of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, relinquished his post to Master Chief Petty Officer Gary Mendus.
