Harold Bauer, a fallen Marine Corps fighter pilot, during the 4th biannual Hometown Hero Banner event, Nov. 5. The Hometown Hero Banner Program was started in order to honor service members who served gallantly in the past by displaying banners on the Avenue of Heroes.
