From left, Maj. Gen. Kevin M. Iiams, incoming commanding general for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Maj. Gen. Mark R. Wise, outgoing commanding general, and six other previous 3rd MAW commanding generals render honors during the pass-in-review of the 3rd MAW change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., July 13. Iiams previously served as the commanding general of Marine Corps Training and Education Command. Iiams addressed his new Marines saying, "We’re going to focus on the things that have always made this MAW great. Let’s fix, fly, fight, blend a little bit of fun into that and then stick to the things that have always made this MAW great, operational excellence in all that we do."
