A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 163, receives fuel from an U.S. Air Force HC-130J, Combat King II assigned to the 81st Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, over the Red Sea, Sept. 7, 2022, during a tactical air refueling mission. VMM-163 deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, in support of the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa by providing capabilities for personnel recovery and casualty evacuation of U.S. forces throughout East Africa.
