An F-35C Lightning II, KC-130J Super Hercules and an F/A-18C Hornet with Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing fly over the Pacific Ocean, Oct. 17, 2022. MAG 11 generates, embarks, and integrates relevant, combat ready aviation forces capable of providing Offensive Air Support, Anti-Aircraft Warfare, Assault Support, Aerial Reconnaissance, and terminal area Control of Aircraft, all in order to ensure success in combat in support of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force and Combatant Commanders.
