Master Sgt. Daniel S. Nickle, CH-46E Sea Knight crew chief, Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 365, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, waits while his helicopter is refueled at a forward operating base near the Syrian border with Iraq Dec. 30. The squadron deploys its helicopters in pairs that transport troops and cargo throughout various bases located in Western Iraq.
