Benn, a enlisted member of the tactical air control party assigned to Company B, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, and a native of Houston, Texas, helps coordinate close air support against insurgents during the battle for Fallujah, Iraq, Nov. 9, 2004.
