The officer-in-charge (left) of Civil Affairs Team 1, Detachment 4-2, 4th Civil Affairs Group, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit walks along side the Mayor of Al Qa?im, an Iraqi town located along the Iraq/Syria Border. The Marine Corps is working hand-in-hand with the local governments and Iraqi National Guard to provide a safe and easy environment for the upcoming elections.
