Army Capt. Stephanie L. Boyd, veterinarian, 248th Medical Detachment (Veterinary Services), Army?s 55th Medical Group, XVIII Airborne Corps, looks over sheep Jan. 16 that was purchased by Civil Affairs to give to the local Iraqi people for the Islamic holiday ?Eid al-Adha,? or ?The Festival of the Sacrifice.? Civil Affairs Team 1, Detachment 2, 4th Civil Affair Group, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit actively participates in several missions to help improve the quality of life for the Iraqi people.
