Capt. Weis, Battery G commander, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment talks with the local Iraqi National Guardsmen and Iraqi election officials about the set up of security at the polling site at a local school at An Nukhawb, Iraq Jan. 29. The ??-year-old captain and his unit helped set up and coordinate election day security. They trained the polling officials and security personnel on how to run a successful election prior to the history-making election.
