Sgt. Michael A. Flaningam, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band trumpeter, plays Taps at the conclusion of a memorial service for the two pilots and two crew chiefs with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 361 that perished Jan. 26, 2005 in a crash in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq. The service held Feb. 2 was an emotional gathering of service members from the Al Asad Air Base to honor those who lost their lives in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II.
