The most prominent feature while looking toward the cockpit of an AH-1W Super Cobra is the massive exhausts that are linked to the two 2,082 horsepower General Electric engines. The helicopter belongs to the Gunrunners of Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 269. Their mission while here is to provide constant on-call close air support. The squadron operates under the control of Marine Aircraft Group 16 (Reinforced) 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, during their deployment.
