Sgt. David K. Averill sees his wife for the first time since deploying to Iraq during a video teleconference call June 17 at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation building at Al Asad, Iraq. The calls are a great way to raise the morale of both the deployed service member and the loved ones left behind. Averill is an ordnance technician with Marine Attack Squadron 513, Marine Aircraft Group 16 (Reinforced), 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing.
