Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 374, Marine Wing Support Group 37, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, check their targets under the bright Arizona sun during the Enhanced Marksmanship Program Dec. 5 at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz. The day-long course is designed to put the Marines in a combat mindset while they increase their basic ability to operate the rifle or pistol in a battlefield environment. The EMP course is a part of Exercise Desert Talon, which is designed to prepare Marine aviation units for their upcoming deployment to Iraq.
