Staff Sgt. Johnny K. Faradjian, data chief, Marine Air Control Group 38, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., poses in front of a storage shed Feb. 27 in downtown Al-Fallujah. Faradjian and the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines discovered this weapons cache while patrolling the market, where insurgents were rallying support from citizens and selling them armaments. Faradjian was recently awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with a combat V for valor for his actions in Fallujah.
