An AV-8B Harrier lands on the airfield at Al Asad, Iraq, March 7. Marine Attack Squadron 513, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, is the first Harrier squadron to deploy to Iraq using the new Joint Direct Attack Munitions system. The system is used to turn general-purpose bombs in to global positioning satellite guided munition.
