Chief Warrant Officer 4 Wayne H. Silva gives a speech to fellow Marines when presented with a Hard Rock caf? baseball cap during his 40th anniversary with the Marine Corps ceremony at Al Asad, Iraq, July 8. Silva is a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defense officer with Task Force Military Police, 1st Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, who stepped on the yellow footprints June 28, 1966. He is a 57-year-old native of Martinez, Calif.
