(Aug. 2, 2008) -- Warrant Officer Ben Jacks, center, the ordnance officer of Marine Attack Squadron 311, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), gets promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 2 by VMA-311's commanding officer, Lt. Col. John Cane, left, and Maj. Charles Del Pizzo, right, the squadron's aviation maintenance officer. Jacks' family was able to witness his promotion via a video teleconference, courtesy of the Freedom Call Center.
