ScanEagle operators prepare to launch an X-200 ScanEagle Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, which will provide overwatch and real-time intelligence to troops on the ground here Nov. 20. The lightweight UAV, with Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 2, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), will remain in the air throughout the day until nightfall when it will be replaced by another ScanEagle equipped with a camera better suited for night surveillance.
