Iraqi Staff Brig. Gen. Abdullah Mohammad Bayder al-Jabouri, the commanding general of the 7th Iraqi Infantry Division, completes the ceremonial first dig during a ground-breaking ceremony for a new Divisional Training Center here today. Abdullah is flanked by Iraqi Staff Brig. Gen. Amir Jassam Mohammed al-Dulaimi, the deputy commanding general for the 7th Iraqi Infantry Division and by Marine Brig. Gen. Randolph D. Alles, the commanding general for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward). The DTS will serve as ongoing individual and small unit training for the 7th Iraqi Army Division and subordinate units stationed here.
