Prior to take off Aug. 6, Cpl. Casey Feasby, a crew chief with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 167 monitors the runway. The squadron participated in training with 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company to enhance the skills needed to provide close air support during combat operations.
