Garrett Garner, a chemical biological radiological and nuclear (CBRN) specialist, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, walks us through a reconnaissance, surveillance, decontamination training course on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Cali., from Feb. 17-21, 2020.
